The original configuration of this older home was ill-suited to the owner’s lifestyle. The project began with gutting the interior and removing the old staircase. The client had always dreamt of an open concept home with a spacious, efficient kitchen and comfortable entertainment space. The building’s footprint was extended. Under Roberta’s careful supervision, this project was completed to exacting standards. When the client arrived to inspect her new home, she was speechless. Her dream had become a reality.
